Hybrid

The hybrid program is focused on developing power, endurance, speed, and agility. Workouts will vary between strength training, metabolic conditioning, core, and interval sessions. You’ll receive 5 workouts a week with each session capping at one hour. Equipment needed for this program are dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and a treadmill. This program can be used to prepare for obstacle course races and functional fitness competitions.

Build

The build program is focused on developing strength and muscle mass. Workouts will be based on splits including push/pull, legs, and shoulders/arms. You’ll receive 5 workouts a week with each session capping at one hour. Equipment needed for this program include dumbbells, barbells, and kettlebells. This program can be used for off season building, muscle gain, and functional strength.

Functional

The functional program is focused on developing anaerobic performance, functional strength, and explosive power. Workouts will vary between metabolic conditioning, circuit training, and interval sessions. You’ll receive 5 workouts a week with each session capping at one hour. Equipment needed for this program include dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, skierg, and rower. This program can be used to prepare for HYROX, DEKA, or overall functional strength.

Run

The run program is focused on developing endurance, power, and speed. Workouts will focus on hills, intervals/sprints, or long runs. You’ll receive 3 workouts a week with each session capping at one hour. The only equipment needed for this program is a treadmill. This program can be used to prepare for a 5K, 10K, and half marathon race.

OCR, Functional Fitness, & Ultra Athlete

I am a certified personal trainer based out of Denver, Colorado. I help clients train for obstacle course racing (Spartan, Tough Mudder, etc), functional fitness competitions (HYROX, DEKA, etc), and ultra marathons.
